The Field Guide is made up of:
- 3 video classes (one for each capacity). The classes are 15-19 minutes long each.
- a 30 page PDF companion guide full of activations, journal prompts and emergency protocols. The PDF is intended to be used, not read cover to cover.
- A guided somatic practice for each capacity can be found inside each class. Timing is listed below the video so you can easily find it and do the practice again and again.
